Rental fee, gasoline, delivery/pick up fee (optional) and guaranty deposit must be fully paid in advance. Delivery/pick up fee based on the location.
Copy or photo of Passport/ID and Driving License are required in advance when booking the bike. Then Bali Eagle Bikers were allowed to keep Passport/ID while the bike rented as guarantee also.
Booking cancellation is not allowed after the down payment has been paid. If there is a cancellation by the customer, the down payment cannot be returned.
If the rental unit is returned earlier than the due date of return (based on order form), there will be no refund of the remaining rent.
A motorbike that is already rented (based on order form) cannot be switched with another motorbike. If a customer wants to switch, it will count for a new order.
The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the condition of the unit during the rental period. Rented units may not be used in a brutal manner such as throttle abuse (makes clutch lining run out), stoppie, wheelie, or burnout (damaging tires and clutch). Renters will be fined 30 days rent.
The customer's deposit will be fully returned after the motorbike is back in good condition.
Any damage that occurs to the unit during the rental period will be fully customer responsibility, it will be deducted from the deposit that has been paid. If the cost of repairing the unit is more than the deposit paid, the remaining additional costs will be informed to the customer. Bali Eagle Bikers have the right to withhold the customer’s ID and report it to the authorities if the damage unit still hasn’t been resolved within 2×24 hours.
Bali Eagle Bikers always check before the unit is delivered to the customer. However, if damage occurs due to usage during the rental period, such as a punctured tire, clutch lining runs out or sling breaks out, the customer can carry out repairs himself to the nearest repair shop or if the customer asks Bali Eagle Bikers for help, a visit fee and part replacement fee will be charged if any.
Clients are not allowed to make changes or modifications to the motorbikes.
Bali Eagle Bikers maximum provides 2 helmets for 1 motorbike rental. Lost or damaged helmets will be charged depending on the helmet’s price.
Using the motorbike outside the Bali area will incur an additional fee (based on the motorcycle type).
Extension of the rental period must be informed to Bali Eagle Bikers, maximum 1×24 hours before the rental period ends. Payment for the extension of the lease must be paid together with confirmation of the extended rental period of the unit.
The rental period is calculated for 24 hours. If the return of the unit exceeds the rental time limit, the client will be charged 10% per hour of the unit rental price, more than 3 hours will be charged for 1 day’s rental fee.
Losing motorbikes is 100% the responsibility of the customer. Customers must replace the lost unit according to the type and year of the same unit to Bali Eagle Bikers.
Bali Eagle Bikers is not responsible for client problems with Indonesian traffic laws, other than motorcycle registration (STNK) issues.
This motorcycle is not covered by insurance. Any damage that occurs during the rental period is the renter's 100% responsibility.
Bali Eagle Bikers is released from all lawsuits or material losses from all parties if an accident occurs involving our vehicle.
